My week
Hello,
I guess I lied when I said that I would be blogging more often this year than last because I had more frees throughout the day! They all just seem to be taken up by work and messenger and email checking, and by the time I get round to writing posts on my blog I have forgotten everything that I have done in the time period since I last blogged.
On Monday night I went out to caddies with the trampoline club and got quite drunk. But it was fun. We played lots of strange games which were supposed to get us to know everyone better, such as when someone stood up and yelled Chinese firecracker everyone had to change seat and talk to the person next to them. This evolved into doing 'la bise' too (ie. air kisses). At Cadillac's I had my fist ever shot of sambuca which was lovely, I love aniseed! But hell was it strong.
Moving back in time I used a trampoline competition being held in Warwick as an excuse to go visit Sarah hb which was lovely. It meant getting up at 5am on the Saturday morning though in order to drive there. I was navigating so me and the driver had to remain awake. The others in the car however were soon fast asleep with their mouths hanging open! The competition finished and Sarah and fauzia came to find me, we had a lovely dinner in a restaurant called xanana (like banana but with an x :-) ) , and then went back to sarahs to get changed for school disco night in the SU. It was good fun, but I'm afraid I wasn't brilliant company as I was extremely tired. We went back to sarahs and chatted and messed around until 6am, so I was up for a total of 25 hours. Madness!
Yet another step back in time takes us to Wednesday and my visit to Bristol to see georgina. It only takes 15 minutes by train to get there! The bus takes longer than the train does! I managed to find the right train and we chatted in her bedroom and ate pizza and ginger cake (yumm ginger cake, thanks for introducing me to that georgina! I bought some more yesterday!) until it was time for me to go home and for her to go to her navy thing.
